14 days reflection period

It may happen that you are not satisfied with your order. For this reason, we offer you the option of returning ordered products within 14 days using the instructions below. Update: to slow down the spread of the coronavirus, the government has taken various measures. At we do our best to keep all our processes running as well as possible. The processing of your return may currently take a little longer than you are used to from us. Thank you for your understanding.

Exchange product - always on the safe side

Is your order not meeting your expectations? Or did you choose the wrong product? No problem! You can exchange your product with us free of charge - in this case we will pay for the return shipping and you will receive your new product as quickly as possible at no additional cost. 

Does the newly selected product have a higher price? You will then receive an e-mail upon receipt of the return with a request for additional payment. Is the newly selected product cheaper? Then the difference will be paid to your account upon receipt of the return.

Was a product delivered incorrectly or damaged? We are happy to help you on  this page  .

Return Policy

  • You bear the risk of a lost return.
  • Products will be returned within the 14 day cooling off period.
  • The item is in its original condition and packaging as much as possible.


Not all products can be returned. The following products are excluded from the 14 day cooling off period:

  • Personalized items: These are items that you design yourself with your own photo or motif.
  • Items damaged or incomplete through your own fault.
  • Branded products whose packaging is missing or badly damaged.
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, e.g. headphones (if the packaging is open).
